Fall Dates Begin August 1st
Defense: Infield work - Monday 6pm, Wednesday 6pm
*Come learn how to become a better infielder by using proper footwork and trusting your hands. This bootcamp will focus on getting your body into the proper position in order to set yourself up to make any play that comes your way. Come train with us and turn your talent into skill.
Catching - Wednesday 7pm (co-ed bootcamp)
*Learn how you can make your pitcher look like a star and how to be the leader of the defense. Skills include: receiving, blocking, bunt coverage, throw downs, foul fly balls, wild pitch recovery and leadership.
Hitting - Wednesday 7pm, saturdays 12pm
*Take your offensive game to the next level! Our hitting bootcamps focus on technique, timing and pitch selection. Learn how to improve contact, power and the ability to hit to all fields.
g.a.p.s.s - mondays 7pm, tuesdays 6pm, fridays 5:45pm, saturdays 11am
*You do not want to miss this fast paced, high intensity training offered every Tuesday night. This isn't just your average speed and agility class! Perfect for baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, hockey, field hockey and lacrosse players. This is a co-ed bootcamp and is capped at 6 players to ensure individual attention for the athletes.
